Detailed terms

Section-by-section terms covering eligibility, billing, acceptable use, content, disclaimers, liability, and contact.

01.

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service where you live. If you use TrackTheBets.com on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

02.

The service

TrackTheBets.com is a tracking and analytics product for bettors. The service may include bet logging, dashboards, CLV and analytics features, alerts, image uploads, Telegram bot workflows, browser extension integrations, and other related tools.

TrackTheBets.com is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, or gambling operator.

You are solely responsible for your betting decisions, bankroll management, and compliance with local laws, rules, and bookmaker terms.

03.

Accounts

You agree to:

  • provide accurate, current information when registering
  • keep your login credentials and tokens confidential
  • promptly update your account information when it changes
  • accept responsibility for activity that occurs through your account

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that creates security or operational risk.

04.

Paid plans and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Current pricing, billing interval, and plan details are shown on our pricing and checkout flows.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at checkout unless you cancel before renewal through Stripe's billing portal.

All paid subscriptions are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as the merchant of record and seller of record for those transactions.

In that checkout flow, the purchase may be identified as “Sold through Link” on the checkout page or receipt.

We do not store or handle your full credit card information ourselves. Stripe handles card payment information used for checkout and subscription billing.

Subscription management is handled through Stripe's billing portal, which can be opened from the pricing page or your account settings page.

We may change pricing, plans, or included features prospectively. Any refund, credit, or exception is handled at our discretion unless required by law.

05.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in violation of any applicable law or third-party right
  • share or resell account access without authorization
  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data
  • disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service
  • circumvent product limits, security controls, or rate limits
  • use bots, automated scraping, or data harvesting without written permission
  • upload malicious code, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to use
06.

Your content and our license

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to TrackTheBets.com. However, you grant us the rights needed to host, store, process, reproduce, analyze, and display that content so the service can function.

This includes processing uploaded bet slip images through extraction, OCR, AI, or computer vision workflows you initiate.

07.

Third-party services and integrations

The service may rely on third-party providers and platforms, including payment processors, storage providers, analytics providers, notification delivery services, and messaging platforms such as Telegram.

Your use of those third-party products may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

08.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, accurate, or suitable for your purposes.

Odds, lines, alerts, notifications, CLV calculations, uploads, extracted bet slip data, and other outputs may be delayed, missed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Nothing on TrackTheBets.com is gambling, legal, investment, tax, or financial advice. You must verify important information yourself before acting on it.

Gambling carries risk. Only bet what you can afford to lose, and seek support if gambling becomes harmful.

09.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackTheBets.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, betting opportunity, or gambling loss arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10.

Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, fail to pay required fees, or create legal, security, or operational risk.

We may change, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date of an update means the updated terms apply.
